Potential quorum notice of NMSU regents for Oct. 3-5

A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend the following events between Oct. 3-5:

  • Aggie Shark Tank and reception, 4:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, at the ASNMSU Center for the Arts, 100 E. University Ave., on the Las Cruces campus.
  • Homecoming 2019 Kickoff Luncheon, noon-1:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, at the 3rd Floor Bistro at the Danny Villanueva Victory Club Fulton Athletics Center, 1815 Wells St., on the Las Cruces campus.
  • Distinguished Alumni Awards Dinner, 5:30-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, at the Corbett Center Student Union Ballrooms, 1600 International Mall, on the Las Cruces campus.
  • Celebration of Traditions Memorial Ceremony, 8:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, at Aggie Memorial Tower, Traders Plaza Business Complex, 1305 N. Horseshoe St., on the Las Cruces campus.
  • Homecoming Parade, 9:30 a.m.-noon Saturday, Oct. 5, along University Avenue on the Las Cruces campus.
  • Alumni and Friends Tailgate, 4-6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, at the corner of Arrowhead Drive and Stewart Street on the Las Cruces campus.
  • NMSU vs. Liberty University Homecoming football game, 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, at Aggie Memorial Stadium, 1815 Wells St., on the Las Cruces campus.
No votes or other official actions will be taken by the NMSU Board of Regents.
