NMSU Board of Regents to meet Dec. 13
The New Mexico State University Board of Regents will meet at 9 a.m. Dec. 13 in the Regents Room of the Educational Services Center on the Las Cruces campus.
A closed executive session is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. Dec. 13 in the Educational Services Center Room 2 on the Las Cruces campus to discuss legal matters in accordance with sections 10-15-1 H (7) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act. Should the regular regents meeting be extended, it will delay the closed executive session. If delayed, the closed executive session will begin immediately following adjournment of the regular meeting.
Copies of the agenda for the regular meeting will be available at NMSU, Zuhl Library, Las Cruces, not less than 72 hours prior to the meeting and also will be posted on the university website at http://regents.nmsu.edu/agenda.
The Board of Regents meeting will be available through webcast at http://panopto.nmsu.edu/bor/.
