BARNES AND NOBLE OPEN MIC NIGHTS

Barnes & Noble at NMSU will continue the popular Open Mic performances from 5 to 8 p.m. Fridays. To sign up to perform, contact bncafe@nmsu.edu.

Open Mic is free of charge and open to the public. Free parking is available in designated spaces. Barnes & Noble at NMSU is located at 1400 E. University Ave. For more information, call 575-646-5822.

NMSU THEATRE ARTS PRESENTS 'JAMES AND THE GIANT PEACH'

The American Southwest Theater Company at NMSU Theater Arts will present "James and the Giant Peach" at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, at the Center for the Arts. The College of Arts and Sciences will provide a reception following the 7 p.m. show.

NMSU ATHLETICS PRESENTS FOOTBALL, SOCCER, VOLLEYBALL

NMSU Football will take on Abilene Christian University during this year's Homecoming game at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at Aggie Memorial Stadium.

NMSU Volleyball will compete against the University of Texas-Pan American at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at the Pan American Center.

NMSU Soccer will face the University of Idaho at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, and Utah Valley University at 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, at the New Mexico State University Soccer Complex.
