Corbett Center Student Union on the New Mexico State University Las Cruces campus will serve as a Voting Convenience Center for Dona Ana County registered voters for the Nov. 6 general election.

Any voter registered within Dona Ana County may vote at Voting Convenience Centers within the county, rather than going to one's specific precinct polling location. VCCs help reduce travel and wait times, when weighted against other essential tasks like work, school or errands.

The Voting Convenience Center will be in the Colfax Room (room 210) in Corbett Center and will be open for the general election from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6. Voters may show their Dona Ana County voter's information card to expedite the voting process.

To register to vote in Dona Ana County, or update your contact information if already registered, call the Dona Ana County Bureau of Elections at 575-647-7428 or visit their office at 845 North Motel Blvd. The last day to register to vote or update your information is Tuesday, Oct. 9.

You may also visit the Dona Ana County website www.donaanacounty.org/elections for a full list of all VCCs registrants may vote at on Election Day.
