NMSU staff, faculty or organizations can submit a campus event or announcement for publication in Hotline through our new online submission form, available at ucomm.nmsu.edu/hotline. This easy-to-navigate process will help ensure that the NMSU community receives all the necessary information about your campus events and announcements.
- Hotline will run no more than 15 items each day.
- Items will not be longer than 1,000 characters.
- Items will only be run once in a week, twice total.
- If you want the item to appear on a certain day, please specify which day and submit the item at least two days in advance. Earlier submissions are encouraged.
- For events include date, time, place and any other relevant information about the event.
- Include contact information for every item submitted.
- Include links whenever possible.
- Items must be NMSU related, sponsored, or being held on campus.
