The Board of Regents of New Mexico State University will hold a special work session meeting (Board of Regents Working Lunch) at noon Thursday, Dec. 5, in Jett Hall, Room 178, 1040 S. Horseshoe St., on the Las Cruces campus.

In compliance with the Open Meetings Act, copies of the agenda will be made available at NMSU’s Zuhl Library on the Las Cruces campus at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and accessible on the public university website at

A potential quorum of the NMSU Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend the Interstate 25/University Project groundbreaking at 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, in the northeast parking lot of the Pan American Center, 1810 University Ave., on the Las Cruces campus. No votes or other official actions will be taken by the NMSU Board of Regents.
