New Mexico State University’s Chile Pepper Institute will be holding its annual plant sale April 8-10. The sale will be held at the Fabian Garcia Research Center, 113 W. University Ave.

The sale will begin at 8 a.m. Monday, April 8 and Tuesday, April 9 and go until 6 p.m. and begin again at 8 a.m. Wednesday, April 10 and will run until all the plants have been sold.

Plants are $4 each with a wide variety of plants available. Customers may purchase a variety of chile plants, including serrano, poblano, orange and yellow bell peppers and the hot NuMex Heritage Big Jim with five times the flavor. Customers may also purchase a variety of tomatoes, eggplants, squashes and various herbs including thyme, cilantro and oregano.
